Director of Sales
Location: Ohio, PA, and NYS Region
Position Summary: Responsible for managing, developing and
training a sales force of 20+ account representatives to ensure
area sales and profit targets are achieved or exceeded. Analyze
gross profit factors, market conditions, business volume/mix and
competition. Develop and execute area specific annual strategic
plan/budget and prepare quarterly sales updates to ensure
achievement of established sales goals. Partner with Operations
counterpart to ensure continued branch growth by expanding new
and existing client base.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Home Health, Hospice or Rehab would be mandatory.
- 2-5 years of experience with multi-site
experience needed as well as experience with strategic
planning, train and experience developing a sales force.
- BS required and Masters Degree a plus.
Director of Home Health & Hospice
Location: South or Central Region
Position Summary: RN to oversee the clinical and administrative
operations of Home Health and Hospice agency. The qualified
candidate will possess 5-8 years home health experience in
managing, developing or implementing multi-site home health
programs, start-up, expansions or acquisitions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in related field
required. Masters Degree preferred.
- Must have prior experience in budgeting,
profit and loss management, billing and cash collections,
reading and interpreting financial reports.
- Must have knowledge of the healthcare
industry including state and federal regulations, excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to
providing the highest degree of quality healthcare is
essential.
Director of Business Development
Location: South or Central Region
Position Summary: The Director of Business Development is
responsible for leading the sales team in attainment of overall
and individual sales objectives. Responsible for hiring
training, mentoring, coaching, managing and discipline of the
sales team for their assigned locations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three-five years in sales, marketing or related
field required; health care and supervisory experience preferred.
- Bachelors Degree in marketing, business, communications or
related health field required. Masters Degree a plus.
- Experience in a multi-facility post acute setting, business
development strategies and implementation.
Regional Sales Director – Home Health, Hospice
& Private Home Health
Location: PA, Delaware, Maryland Region
Position Summary: Manage, develop and train sales staff to
ensure area sales and profit targets are achieved or exceeded.
Analyze gross profit factors, market conditions, business
volume/mix and competition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or the equivalent with a minimum of five years healthcare sales experience.
- Previous homecare, hospice and private
home care sales experience strongly preferred in multi-site,
multi-state environment necessary.
- Success in revenue growth and in the development and execution of market planning.
- Outstanding leadership and managerial skills.
- Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory as required.
Executive Director – Administrator
Location: West/Central Florida
Position Summary: Directs all activities of the Home Health
agency in accordance with identified organizational goals to
obtain optimum efficiency, economy of operations, and to
increase market share and maintain competitive position.
Executive Director will be responsible to lead a team of
clinicians and business development professionals within a
region.
Qualifications:
- Home Health, Hospice, Infusion Management
Experience 5+ years preferred.
- Bachelor Degree in a related field;
Masters Degree preferred.
- Knowledge of home care regulations,
accreditation and regulatory requirements is required. And
private home health experience is also a plus.
- Must be capable of managing multiple
operational and developmental projects, functions, and
activities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication
skills; conflict resolution and mediation skills. Ability to
foster a cooperative work environment.
